MEATS
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.
As a CSA member your family receives a monthly bundle of meat from our family's ranch where we raise our animals from conception to consumption (chicks are purchased at day old).
Wether you enjoy our "monthly bundle" or prefer a specie a la carte, you can customize your CSA here! Share cuts packaging is designed for a family of 2-3 people for most items.
+Simply select the share(s) your family wants and the number of
months of the year desired. To order more than one duplicate
share per month, please make a note on your order form.
Deliveries in town will be on our calendar, and may shift a week if our butcher schedule is unexpectedly altered by our processor. You are encouraged to visit our ranch and or pick up your share here. We love having visitors!!!
Combination Share $105/ month
Our most popular "monthly bundle" share option, includes grassfed beef, pork, and chicken every month.

Typically includes these items: 1 beef roast, 1 pork roast, 2 ground beef, 1 pack steaks, 1 pack chops, 1 chicken, 1 pack brats, and a special item,
*substitutions may be made seasonally, or as our inventory shifts, always of equal or greater value to you!
Approx. 14-15 pounds of products,
Freezer space required: about 2 cubic feet
100% Grassfed Beef $67/ month
Our own gourmet grassfed, grass finished beef.

Typically includes these items: 1 steak, 1 roast, 2 ground beef, 1 weiners, 1 special item (ribs, jerky, or special steak)

Pastured Pork $46/ month
Our own gourmet corn and soy free berkshire pork.

Typically includes these items: 1 pork chops, 1 roast, 1 ground pork, 1 package Brats (flavors vary), 1 special item (bacon, ribs, or other item)

Pastured Chicken $39/ month
Our own gourmet corn and soy free pastured chicken.

Includes these items: 2 whole chickens per month. 1 under 4.5 lbs, 1 over 4.5 lbs (they can be 3-7 lbs, most are 4-5 lbs) *chicken may be 1/4'd.

Holiday Tame Duck or Goose
Our own gourmet corn and soy free pastured Duck.

Our birds are raised free-range, and fed free-choice daily for optimum growth and development of gourmet fats and meats. It takes 20+ weeks to raise duck and goose. Day old chicks and processing fees are over $25/ goose, $14 per duck!
Freezer Filler Share $150 down pmt
Our own gourmet grassfed beef, pork, and chicken.

Includes these items: 1/8 beef, 1/4 hog, 5 whole chickens
Cuts included: variety of steaks, roasts, ground beef, ribs, stew meat, soup bones, pork chops, ground pork, ribs, bacon, roasts, ham steaks, 1 ham end, whole and or 1/4'd chickens.
Approximate weight: 100-110 pounds.
Approximate space required: 5-6 cubic feet of freezer space

Egg Punch Card 12 Share $58
Save on 12 dozen Eggs Punch Card.
Get your eggs when you need them, The Punch Card does not expire.
The card entitles you to # dozens pre-paid, as a prefered customer. Your eggs are reserved, so you don't have to worry about us running out. Chickens are funny creatures, If they decide not to lay, you will still get first preference on all eggs available. We offer cards for up to 60% of what we think will be available on the slowest weeks.
